I've seen it mentioned on several threads, but I'm not sure what this is? :confused3 Is it the gift shop behind the castle where Tinkerbelle flys around???

Tinkerbelle does sleep in that gift shop... she does not start flying around each day until some magical child (or adult in my case) wakes her up. In order to wake her up... you must be the first one in the store that day to ask. The child is given a magic wand to use while saying "wake up Tinkerbelle" 3 times. After Tink is awake... The child is given a certificate and stickers.
Hope this helps!!!

Which Gift Shop??? Tinkerbell's treasure chest?? or the gift shop in the castle?

Here's what I found in another thread:

For those that don't know, in a shop by the catle called Tinkerbell's Treasures, there is a treasure box that Tink sleeps in. If you are the first guest of the day to request to wake her, they will let you. You wave the wand, say "Wake Up Tinkerbell" three times, and she wakes up and flys around the room. You don't actually see her since she's a fairy and they fly pretty fast, but you do see flashes of light and hear bells tinkling. You also get a certificate and stickers to take home

Here's a link to the thread:

Thanks for the answers!! I knew about the shop. I just didn't know that they woke her up everyday. We will be down there in at the end of March. I will try to dee if my 5 yo DS will do it.

Thanks. We love that store, TINK is our favorite. We will be there next time, first thing

I learned something new today! I never knew about this. We're there in three weeks and will definitely try this! Thanks!!!! :goodvibes

You also can see her in the same shop if you look throught a keyhole in an desk by the door.
I guess it depends on the time of day.
DW said that it only works if a light is on by the register.
When I looked on my particular day she was sitting with her legs crossed facing away from the keyhole.
I don't know if she changes around or not.
We just saw her on our last day.
DD loved it.
I thought it was cute too.
Nce little touches like that make the whole trip.

I read somewhere else that someone saw her sleeping...so she must change positions. We were soooooooo lucky to do this on our last trip. We didn't ask b/c we didn't know about it but I guess we were the first family with little kids (dd2 & dd5 at the time) so the CM asked the girls if they wanted to "wake up Tinker Bell". It was wonderful. The girls we dressed as princesses b/c we were heading to the the Castle for the Royal Table breakfast. That indeed was a magical day. :cloud9:
