Ive got a recipe I want to try and make and it says I need a pint of vecon which I have never heard of! Ive looked in the supermarkets but I cannot see it anywhere. Im guessing its a type of stock, can anyone tell me exactly what it is and what I could subsitute it with if I cannot find it.

Thanks

Jen ~ Unless you are making the recipe specifically for some who is a coelic, has an intollerance to wheat, then you can use normal vegetable stock.
