What is up with availability??

I'm looking to book for November 2018. For the 9 nights I'm looking for lots of resorts have limited availability. No standard rooms. Only king bed rooms. Only deluxe rooms or suites available. I know it's food and wine and jersey week but some resorts are seriously booked up over a year out????

I'm waiting for my TA to come out with their agency exclusives for that time but I'm also keeping my options open in case they don't have what I want.

I have found that the availability on the site can fluctuate quite a bit. Sometimes that is due to changes in guest plans and cancellations, but sometimes I think there is something up with their site.
