What is UNDER the Boardwalk sign?

I have yet to make my first trip home to the Boardwalk and I cant help but wonder what kind of rooms those are that are directly under the Boardwalk sign. Can anyone tell me ? TIA!

On the boardwalk side? Those are grand villas. The ones directly below are the 2 story ones, they are on the 5th & 6th floors, with the 6th floor only accessible through the fifth floor grand villa entrance. The ones on 2, 3 & 4 are one story grand villas.
