What is this?

I ran across this "player" toy. It has a wind up knob and plays a tune as the 5"x5" screen shows a "movie" of Mickey driving his train loaded with his friends. Actually, it's not a movie, it's a mechanical drive that rotates this picture pass the window in the screen. I wish I could post a picture of it here, but cannot figure how to do that. Does anyone have any information on what this is? Thanks in advance.

How old is it? It sounds like toy my kids had when they were little...

I have a picture of it that I took, I just don't know how to post it here. My forum rules at the bottom left of my page says that I cannot place an attachment here. I'm not sure how old it is. It's blue with a handle and has Mickey on the right side of it. Thanks.
