i just got a call from "disney vacation club" that told me to call them back at 800-840-3710 to discuss with them. I've never been called before? it isn't the normal member services number. anyone know who this is?

800-840-3710 is a DVD number. They are probably calling to tell you about the sales promotions.

Does the really work? Does MS have a listing of all of the phone numbers that DVD/DVC uses?

According to a trip report I read, it's definitely a DVD telephone number. The trip report gave it as a number to get more info about DVC. I personally wouldn't worry about calling it back. If it's about them wanting to sell me more points, I would be OK with saying "thanks, but no thanks".

Just got a call 2 weeks ago from this number. My guide retired and they assigned me a new one. They had me call back and patched me to the new guide so he could introduce himself to me. Could be this.
