What is this email rate?

I've been out of state for a bit and unable to keep up with the boards. What is this email discount rate I'm seeing? I just checked my email and apparently, I'm one of the unfortunate ones who didn't get one. What kind of rates are they? Are they all during the same time or are there variations?

Offers valid most nights 8/29-12/19/04, but not valid at all from 10/17-10/20/04, 11/10-11/13/04 and 11/23-11/27/04. Number of rooms available at these rates is limited. Tax not included.

That is from my email. Some people were saying they had strick settings on their email and when they checked the email from Disney was there but could not get through. I have no idea how they check that kind of thing but maybe you do.

Some people are also getting mailings of postcards with the same discounts. Perhaps you will also. Usually a few weeks after these mailings the rates go out to the public.

I got AKL regular savannah view for $163/night. We are DVC members and needed to add an additional day because of our flight, so we decided to see what we could get with that email and stay on site instead of off site. We are excited to try this resort out!
