What is this doohickey called?

I have very high ceilings in my condo and my lightbulbs are starting to burn out. I am looking for some sort of extended arm thing to help me change the bulbs. When at home depot today, they said they didn't have any.

I am now searching online for some, but have no idea what exactly to call it. Anyone know?

I have been looking for that company that you posted the link to for a year now..I used to get catalogues but they stopped..and I couldn't remember their name..thanks to you I have bookmarked the site and already ordered 2 things I have been waiting to get!!!!

Said they were out. The HD version seems to be more than that other link.
I wish HD online sold brita water filters because my local Target and grocery store have been out. tried to see if Lowes online had both the bulb changer and filters but I see no changer.

I may go with the first link because it's a few bucks cheaper.
