What is the weather like in January?

For people who have recently cruised or will be, can you let me know what the temp. is like and whether you can swim in the pools and at CC? I am planning a cruise with my nieces and nephews (their first Disney experience!) in January 2005 and just thought I'd ask.

January is a hit or miss month and to be honest after spending the amount of money it costs for a cruise I wouldn't chance going in Jan..I personally like more of a sure thing as far as cold goes. Last Jan my friend was in Atlantis and for 3 days in a row it was 45 degrees out!

We went on the Wonder last January, and did not swim on the ship or on CC. The water on CC was way too cold for us, and it really wasn't that warm out to swim on the ship --- the pools were full of people, though.
