What is the teddy bear & doll weekend at Epcot?

I went to it a couple years ago when it was in December. Marie Osmond was making an appearance, so we went in. It was at the Millenium Village, which is now just one large room. The various doll companies have booths with their merchandise and you can visit each one and make purchases. There were also character appearances.
