What is the Sunrise Safari?

I've seen this mentioned on several threads....but what is it?

I think, though I may be mistaken, that it is a safari early in the morning at AK only for guest who stay consierge (sp). Seeing that my budget will never allow me to stay in such a lavish way, I'll never get to go!
