What facts, trivia and creative design would you point out to a new visitor when walking into, through and out of Magic Kingdom?
While you would have your own vision of who it is you're taking through the park for the first time, here is the reason I'm inquiring: This November, I'm bringing my 61 year old boyfriend, world traveler, lover of sleek, exotic and sexy things to WDW. While we've both travelled the world, his idea of vacation is a beach in Thailand or drinking wine in Italy (who wouldn't want to!) where my top choice would be 14 days at WDW. I hid my Disney-love from him until, as time went on, we were still together, I loved him and the time came to use my DVC points lol! The day of reckoning is approaching. I'm brushing up my Disney chops in best Project-Management-Excel form with the intension of opening his eyes to how special WDW is so he won't hate it. Otherwise, I'm back to where I was with solo trips--because y'all know how it is...us Disney fanatics won't stop going.
While I have some fascinating Disney trivia amassed over the years, I turn to my community of fellow Disney nerds for support, thoughts, encouragement, knowledge and fun approaches in our geekiest manner!
If this post generates interest, I'll definitely be asking the same for EPCOT, DHS and AK! But, for now, I'll just dip my toe in the water…
