I was able to make two dinner reservations for one day, one at 4:30 and one at 8:00. I thought the systemt would make me cancel one but it did not . What is the rule on that?
I've only been blocked when the times are too close together. Say a 4:30 and a 5pm. There is enough time between reservations that you booked hat they are allowed.
I also have two right now for the same restaurant on the same day - one at 2:00 and one at 4:50. When I called to make a different ADR, I asked the CM about having the two and if it would be an issue (I had read that they could potentially cancel ADRs if you had multiple.) The CM told me they it would be fine, just reminded me to cancel the one we're not using so we would not be charged the penalty.
I had made a couple of ADRs for the same meals on our last trip when we were still planning- as long as there is an hour in between you can make the ADR.
And sometimes (at least in the past, haven't tried in a while) if you had an existing ADR and went to book another on the app it would book them overlapping. This may be a glitch they fixed in the last update
I recently made a new lunch reservation for BOG which was within 2 hours of an existing. I had to cancel the existing before I could book the second.
I thought the time frame was 2 hours, not one hour
