What is the RCI points conversion for WDW park tix?

Hi All! Not sure if this is the right place for this but I was just on the phone with RCI and got transferred to their 'Disney Experts' only to get a recording that the number was no longer in service.

Long story short, I am planning a trip for a terminally ill friend next week and have a few people who want to donate RCI points for park tickets. Does anyone know the conversion or what their discount on tickets is? I am able to access the points to cash chart but not what their rate for tickets is.

Looking for 4 day park hoppers for 2 kids and 2 adults.

I've never heard of being able to use RCI points for Disney park admission media. DVC Members pay cash for admission, our points have no cash exchange value. If you're staying at a DVC Resort on an RCI exchange, you are not eligible for the few discounts DVC Members do receive. We have to present our DVC Membership card for any available discount.

Also don't forget that DVC Members do not get daily housekeeping while staying at DVC Resorts, nor do RCI Exchanges.

I googled "rci to wdw park tickets" and found some posts on disboards and tugbbs talking about it. Those posts were from 2008, though. They refer to RCI's Points Partners program. I can't log in to see anything about it since we don't own RCI. Is that where you started from?

Should mention that the post on tugbbs in '08 gave the points and cash needed to buy WDW tickets, and the value was atrocious. Paying points that the poster had paid nearly 1k for, plus 300+ dollars, for tickets that would have, then, cost something like $500. Not a good value back then.

We are staying at Bonnet Creek via donation (I am going to help with the kids) from their church. A few people reached out about donating RCI points for park tickets, unsure if it's a good value but I don't think that's an issue. Those are people that don't necessarily have money to give but have points they won't use and would like to help in some way.

I finally got in touch with someone and I was told they have to talk to the members as there are many different options depending on their specific accounts. Who knows, they were very hush hush about it.

I asked those people to just info gather for me to see if it's a decent value.

Can you post back here and let us know what you find out? My parents have over 1 million RCI points that will expire in Oct and if we can use the points for Disney tickets (I think my parents did in 2007) I would love to do that even if its not a good exchange.
