I've never done this. I booked my air trip on-line. I have all the confirmation numbers, etc. As I understand the procedure, 24 hr before take off, I go to the airline's web's check-in, put in my confirmation number, etc. and finalize the booking? Is that right?
THEN, when I arrive at airport, I check in my bags either inside or at the curb and then just go up and wait for my flight to be called. I visit NO ONE else until I start to go on plane. Correct? Did I miss anything?

Thanks! Flew to MCO last year and it was NOT paperless, so I want things to go smoothly.

Thanks! :bitelip: :)

Depending on what airline. When you check -in on-line you can print a boarding pass as well. Then when you check your bags thats all you will do .Go to the Gate and wait.

If you don't or can't print your boarding pass you will or can get one when you check your luggage. You can't go through SECURITY without a boarding pass.

We took our first paperless ticket trip in 04. I could not believe that I wasn't going to get a receipt or anything (booked over the phone). I must have called every week to confirm. I was so nervous. It all worked out fine.

You have the routine correct. You may be able to check luggage curbside and you can always check it at the counter. People that only take carryons actually can go from the curb to their gate since they have printed their boarding pass at home.

Have fun!

I am going via Hawaiian Airlines. So I probably print my boarding pass.
OK! Thanks!!!

I know, I am so nervous and want things to go smoothly.

It's not paperles ticketing.........

It's ticketless travel.

In the old days, you had to present those green boarding passes. no just show your id, or like others have said, go online and print your own boarding pass.
