I don't think I've read one thing about it on here. I'm wondering if it's good for kids (I have 4 of them), and if it's worth our 2 TS dining credits.

I went with a group of 12 (6 kids). The food's only so-so but the whole experience is fun. Kids can go up and learn to dance. We went in September and since it's outside seating it was sooooo humid so that may have put a damper on it. If there's other places you really want to try I'd go with them. You could try HDDR. My family did that when I was 5 and, from what my mom said, my brothers and I loved it.

Try doing a search for Spirit of Aloha, you should find a bunch of info.

We did the luau for the first time in September and we thought the food was very good and the show was cute. We went during free dining but we opted to pay OOP for tier 1 seating rather than use 2 TS credits for tier 2 or 3, and I have to say I'm glad we did:thumbsup2. We were right up front by the stage. Our 2 DSs (14 & 12) enjoyed the food and show as much as we did; they especially liked the fire part:cool1:. We won't do the luau on every trip, but we will definitely do it again;)

It's fun. We really liked the food, as well as the dancing. The fire dancers are a-m-a-z-i-n-g!

Food to us was just ok. Show was kind of corny. You're probably better off with Hoop-de-doo.

We went last September too, and really enjoyed it. I didn't feel the humidity that the PP did--so maybe we were just lucky! I thought the food was ok, and the show was cute--my 6 year old dd loved it though! We all had a great time and I think we'll go back sometime in the future. I've been to both the luau and HDDR and they are equal to me. I think anyone would have a good time at either.

Our family loves the Luau. The food has always been good as is the service. Although if your going with younger children I'd reccomend not getting there as early as they say. There is very little outside seating and once you have your pix done...if you choose to do that....you'll be stuck standing. The begining of the show is very corny....although the dancing portion is wonderful. Deffinately worth doing at least once! :)
