What is the Pasta Akershus at Akershus in epcot?

The menu at Akershus is definitely "different" I'm going through it and wondering what our picks will be.

Can someone tell me what the Pasta Akershus is, is it just a regular pasta?

Also, if you ate here, what do you recommend?

DEFINITELY recommend the mustard-glazed salmon! It was amazing!

I thought the pasta was sort of like mushroom tortellini, but it might have changed. Where are you seeing "Pasta Akershus"? The lunch and dinner menus on the Disney site both list "Mushroom-Stuffed Pasta."
