What is the parade route for Stars and Cars at MGM?

Where does it start and end? How early should we line up? How long does the parade last? Thanks!

If I remember correctly it started up by Sounds Dangerous and Indy. We watched from the pond area, then it went down the main street. Not sure where it ended tho.

When I've seen it, It's always started over by Star Tours and ended at Sid Cahuenga's shop by the park entrance.

We were there on June 5th. We walked in the entrance and it was just getting to that area which was where it ended. We walked right up to watch without a problem.

Could anyone tell me how early we should line up? Is this parade as popular as the ones in MK where you have to find a place 45 - 60 min before it starts?

I was there last August and I walked up about 20 minutes before the parade was going to start and was right up front. I was standing by the big hat and there really wasn't too bad of a crowd in that area. Most of the parades were that way in all the parks except for the night time light parade where you needed to line up two hours before...hint if there is a late parade at MK go to that because you can walk right up to front and not have to sit and wait.

Starts by Star Tours, goes down past Indy, takes a right when it hits Hollywood and goes all the way down.

I'd say 30 minutes should be good.
