What is the OOP cost for a F! package

I was wondering if anyone knew the OOP cost per adult/child for a F! package at either MM or HBD?

We will not have the dining plan, but would like to take advantage of the reserved seating. I know that on the DDP you get the ap, dinner, dessert for your TS credit(s), but if paying OOP, is it set up the same?

Mama Melrose $32.99 adult/$11.99 child (3-9) not including admission, tax, and gratuity -- Dinner package is price fixe: appetizer, dinner, dessert and non-alcoholic beverage.

Hollywood & Vine $26.99 adult/$13.99 child (3-9) not including admission, tax, and gratuity (no characters). All you care to eat buffet. Choose from a number of selections including; oven-roasted Prime Rib, Citrus Baked Chicken, Pan-seared Salmon, and Stir-Fry Noodles with Sesame. Also includes fresh salads and build your own ice cream/dessert bar. Adult beverages NOT included. Child's meal includes beverage.

Just an FYI...that info about ala carte at HBD from allears.net is NOT correct (and never has been...they posted this a couple of years ago and never corrected it because supposedly getting their info from "official" source...who like many Disney Dining CMs, has it completely wrong. )

What actually happened is 2 or 3 YRS AGO both Mama Melrose and Brown Derby used to be a fixed menu for a fixed price...you got the salad, choose one of 2 entrees and then a set dessert (no choice) THAT is what changed...it is still a fixed price at both places, but now you get to choose any appetizer, any entree, and any dessert (hence, the "ala carte")

We used the DxDP last time we ate at Brown Derby, but I believe the quoted price if paying cash was either $46.99 or $48.99 per adult. I believe both those prices quoted for Mama Melrose & Hollywood & Vine are also at least a couple of $ too low. And the adult non-alcoholic beverage IS included at all three restaurants (coffee, tea, or soda) I know this for sure, have done the F! package about 6 times in last 3 years, using all 3 restaurants.
