What is the most affordable day/time to fly??

I am booking January trip on my own - just wondering if there is a difference price-wise for different days/times- we will leave either Fri - Sat - or Sun.......any opinions on this??

It really depends on if you get a Sat night stay in your trip. That can make a big difference in the price.

In general, Fridays and Saturdays are more expensive because that's usually when everyone else leaves - supply and demand.

But the good news is if you book early enough you can probably get a decent price.

Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday departures will probably cost you less than a weekend departure date. Play around with a couple of dates on the airlines websites, and see what is less.
