What is the longest you would be prepared to wait in line for an attraction?

Up to 1/2 hour then I would leave and come back later on or just try the next day.

We have young kids so if it is more than 20 min., we skip it. We go in the off-season and get to the parks before they open. We do plenty without having to wait!

How long would I OR how long have I??!! Now that I know better it would be a wait of no more than 1/2 hr. My first trip...waited 2 hrs. for Splash Mt. What an idiot!!

I have waiting 45 mins for Ariel... we tried to get there 1st thing but we couldn't get passes the charaters on main st. and with 3 girls we HAD to see Ariel princess:

I waited almost 3 hours to ride Top Thrill Dragster at Cedar Point. I had no idea it would be that long a wait. Mechanical troubles kept extending the wait. I figured that I might never get back there and I really wanted to ride it, so the wait was something I just had to do. (The ride was AWESOME, BTW)

I don't think I'd wait much longer than 45 minutes at WDW. Between Fast Pass and coming back at a slower time, I just don't see where it's worth it.

1/2 hour tops. Always feel my time is worth something! That said, we waited over an hour to ride test track the first time :). And we thought it was worth it! Those were the days before fast pass. I wouldn't do it now. Too many other things to see and do.

30 min tops, anything longer, and I skip or get a Fastpass!;)

At WDW, the longest wait I've had was 90 minutes for Test Track the first year it opened. I don't think I'd ever do it again. About 30 mins or so is my limit for waiting now. I've waited at least 2 hours for new rides at other amusement parks though... not sure any of those waits were "worth it" ;)

Hi oldkicker!!!

It would depend on the ride, how far into the trip we were, what time of the day it is, if we're hungry, if there were other things we wanted to see/do instead, how often we've been to WDW, how long the ride had been existence, if we'd done it before. We waited in line for 50 minutes last summer for Kali River Rapids, because we had only been to WDW in November/December and it was frequently too chilly to ride. I thought it was worth it...DH definitely did NOT. I enjoyed people watching, chatting with each other, etc. while waiting.

We waited 50 min. to see Men in Black at US when it first opened as my son was dying to ride it and we weren't sure if we'd be back. It depends on the circumstances, but I guess 1 hr. would be the max for something.

I believe in Fast Pass... I only will wait 20 minutes if it is a non fast pass ride..

With small kids, this is tough. I think tops would be 50min.

We once waited nearly 2 hours to ride Test Track the year that it opened. And at Cedar Point last summer, we waited in line for 2 hours to ride the Top Thrill Dragster. The only time that I will wait that long is when a ride is new.

It all would depend on the air temp and humidity level, if I had kids waiting in line with me, and how badly I wanted to ride the attraction. On average, I'd say 30 minutes.

15-20 minutes is long enough. Maybe a little longer for something special.

There's very little we haven't seen or done already so there's nothing we "must" see worth waiting on a long line. We do enjoy our favorites, but wander about enjoying the atmosphere until the lines are gone or at least short.

A good example is Spaceship Earth. Whenever we first enter Epcot, the lines are usually wrapped all the way up and around. For many people, there's a tendency to just fall in line and wait. We come back later and walk right on. In the time we would have waiting on that line we did a lot of other things.
