What is the longest you have waited on a table with PS?

tie between Ohana and Scifi, close to an hr each, scifi at 3pm and the place was less than 1/2 full so no accounting for that one but both were off season. ohana they were already turning people away without adr and it was around 6 when we first got there

we had an adr for lecellier lunch but were hungry and walked up early and got seated...it was totally empty except us for 2/3 of our lunch there which was right at opening

Sci-Fi, hour and 20 minutes, off season, ds birthday. Very disappointing. They said that they somehow put our card aside and "lost" it after we checked in...lovely. :sad2:

Our longest was about an hour at 'OHana. We were 15 minutes early and seated 45 minutes after our ADR
Our wait at Le Cellier was less than 10 minutes.

Ours was over an hour at Tony's, the lobby was like a mob scene. We've waited about 30 minutes at Le Celliar and Sci-Fi.

Close to an hour at CG last August. The wait really shouldn't have been more than 15-20 minutes, but we somehow got "forgotten."

I had the same experience as Honeybehr. We arrived at Le Cellier 20 minutes before our 6pm ADR. We were finally seated at 6:45pm. Very disappointing. Not worth the wait in my opinion. FYI...we were there last September on the free dining plan. Perhaps that is the reason we had such a long wait.

The same thing happened to us at Le Cellier in February. It was the only place that told us we couldn't check in until the exact time of our reservation, and then had us waiting an additional 45 minutes after our scheduled time. Everytime we have ADR there, we end up waiting a long time for dinner. We will avoid the place in the future due to that.

40 minutes Crystal Palace

Before the new dining plan, I've had probably 20-30 ADR; for most the wait has been 10-15 minutes. I've never been to LeCellier.

The looongest wait was for 'Ohana. We arrived about 20 minutes early for our dinner ADR, and I asked, since it was our last night, if it would be possible to have a seat where we could see the castle - we ended up waiting for about an hour & 45 minutes. The restaurant was packed, & everyone was waiting... DD fell asleep while we waited, and, by the time, we were finally seated, it was well past DS's & DD's dinnertime.

The shortest wait was for Akershus. We arrived about 15 minutes early for dinner & were seated right away.

It would help to know the number of people in your party for these long waits. I have a feeling that might have something to do with it. I have a party of 10 for August at LeCellier, and i have a feeling it's gonna be awhile! i just wonder why they can't plan ahead for large parties of 6 or more and have it set up to help cut down the wait time.

about 30 minutes past our ADR at Sci Fi.....we also got there about 15 min early, so total wait was about 45 min. That was really the ONLY wait we had all week, and we had at least one ADR for every day for a week, a three days we had 2 ADRs.

We only had two adults and two children when we waited an hour and a half at the Plaza. :confused3 They even took some stand-bys in ahead of us. We probably should have just left, and in the future we will.

Our longest wait, with ADRs, was at Le Cellier this past August. We checked in at the podium about 15 minutes before our time, and then proceeded to get seated exactly 45 minutes after our ADR time (and this is just my DW and I). The lobby was an absolute zoo. Still, we were a) on vacation, and b) at WDW, so a situation like that, which at home here in Ohio would've made my blood pressure skyrocket, didn't get to me all that much. Still, this is the second time we've done Le Cellier for dinner and, apart from the sublime cheddar cheese soup and the breadsticks (all the breadsticks, not just the pretzel bread), there was nothing that exceptional about the meal. (Far, far better steak on-property is to be had at Jiko at the AKL!) I've a feeling that, next trip, we'll either do Le Cellier for lunch or not at all.

The WDW restaurant where we had the second-longest wait was, again, this past August at Mama Melrose's at MGM (doing the Fantasmic! Dinner Package... oh, and I should add that, this past August, DW and I were not on the dining plan). Again, we checked in about 15 minutes before our ADR time, and were seated 20 minutes after our ADR time.

Finally, the third place (dubious) honor goes to Kona Cafe for breakfast back in October of '02. We checked in about ten minutes before our PS time, and were seated about 10 minutes after our PS time.

And, as for the two times we've been seated the quickest (with ADRs), they were both this past August and were: Restaurant Marrakesh for lunch, and the Biergarten, also for lunch. We were seated right away at both locations.

HTH! :)

I'm wondering if some of the long waits of the past were maybe due to the free dining going on at that time? I think LeCellier wins the prize! One time, we walked up without ADRs and got seated immediately, that was a first!
Our longest wait was Contemporary Steakhouse, almost an hour. I kept checking back and they said in a few minutes but walk up parties our same size were getting seated so i finally asked whats going on and they said they forgot about us! meanwhile, the place was EMPTY!

2 hours 17 minutes Dinner in the Castle 1996

our longest waits were not during free dining and we only 2 adults :confused3

Over an hour at CRT in July. Other then that I can't remember really having to wait too much beyond my ADR time.

Our longest wait was over an hour past our ADR at Chef Mickey. (Two adults, two children.) I felt like I would bother them if I went up and checked on our table but after an hour (and the kids getting really restless) I went to check on our table. It ended up the host punched in the wrong "beeper" number for our assigned beeper and it never went off. They seated up pretty much immediately after that because they felt really bad. Too bad my youngest wasn't in the mood to sit anymore after that - really quick dinner. Oh well, we were happy to finally eat and happy to be in Disney!

'Ohana-15 minutes past our ADR. They said they paged us but the pager never went off. We wound up standing by the podium after that and were seated quickly.
