What is the Laugh Floor Comedy thing going to be?

I know it must be somewhere else and I've read about it on numerous other sites but I can't seem to get a clear idea of what its going to be. Is it going to a ride or an attraction. Going in November and again in March and would love to know what it is. Thanks.

My understanding is that it's an interactive show like the Turtle Talk w/ Crush at Epcot. Sully & Mike will be doing a routine that provides laughs for Monstropolis.

Just another reason to go back next year to see this and the new Nemo show and ride. Just back on the 4th and already planning for next year.
