What is the latest you can check in?

Sis is driving down and trying to get there B4 midnight on check in, but looks like it will be tight. Can you check in after midnight as long as you have a guaranteed late arrival?

Give the resort a call and let them know you'll be arriving real late. It will not be a problem at all.

I can't speak to the "Official Policy" but I can speak from a little experience and my observations - we have checked in at 1:00am in the morning - no problems. I guess they don't care since you have the room guaranteed and it will be charged to your credit card whether you are in the room or not. I can also say that there are cast members at the front desk all the time - so I couldn't imagine a scenario where you couldn't check in late. Give them a call if you still a litlle nervous - don't think it would be a problem though. Good Luck!

As Uncle Al said, it shouldn t be a problem. We routinely check in around 1-1:30 am without any difficulty. I would just call ahead and let them know you will be a late check in. good luck.

When I called to make final payment, I asked the CM about late check-in. If I need to call or send fax to ASMo to let them know I might be a late check-in and he said the room's are already paid for whether you show up at 1pm or 1am. He told me not to worry about it. That since I have paid in full they could not release my reserved rooms to anyone but my party. I hope this is true.

Thanks guys,,,she is stressing out and I didn't want anything to cause them to drive like crazy people if they thought they were to lose the room for the night. Nothing worse than arriving and there's no room at the inn!

I checked into the CBR last July at 3:00 in the morning! No worries - they took good care of us and we got the room we had requested and everything. They even had the box we had sent ahead of time there and ready to go.

For our trip in Nov/Dec, 2001, our flight arrived at 12:20 AM, so by the time we arrived at the All Star Movies, it was almost 1:00 AM. I had already let them know we'd be checking in late and it was no problem at all! The front desk CMs were very nice, and we even got 101 Dalmations - which my little one was hoping for!

I have acutally checked in at 7 am for the night before. (I had lots of flight problems!) The CM was a little confused because her first response was my room was not ready and I explained that I paid for the prior night and I wanted a room or a refund. She finally figured out what I was trying to tell her and found the room.
