What is the last date before my trip to add Dining Plan?

Sorry but I can'd find this answer after googling for a half hour. I have our packaged paid for, room and tickets. We are 28 days before check in. Can I still add the dining plan? What is the last day to do so?

You can add the dining plan up to 72 hours prior to your reservation.

There is a $50 change fee after the paid-in-full date, but that should be waived when the price goes up. There is also a $15 expedite fee in the last two weeks.
