What is the last ADR at Yak&Yeti when AK closes at 5pm?

We will be in WDW in October, when AK closes at 5pm most nights. If we want to eat at Yak & Yeti, what's the latest ADR we can make?
 
Reworked subject to be clearer.
 
I believe 5pm. I know that's how it is at all the other parks. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.
