For the last few years it seems to always be a "it" resort - like the last year or so it was Cypress Point Resort with the great rates from hotelkingdom.com. A few years before that I think it was Silver Lakes. What is the "it" resort now. Cypress Point rates have gone up almost $40+ dollars a night for their 3 bedroom on hotelkingdom so I'm looking for something else. I would appreciate any suggestions and websites.

Thanks in advance!!!

My vote would be Windsor Hills. For proximity and amenities it would be hard to beat if you wanted a roomy condo or pool home.

When considering Windsor Hills I would recommend trying the website windsorhills-rent. in addition to vrbo. You can plug in your requirements on size of unit, dates, etc. and owner will respond with pricing and availability.

Since the development is new you may get an owner offering a "special" or reduced price.

The home we just rented was offering 10% off the rate for the first 100 reservations that they booked. We were renting a large pool home for us to share with another family so it really made a difference with the total price.

Emerald Island is also very nice. We own a home there so we are partial. LOL There are some great ones in the area. Also outside that area there are beautiful ones on 27 and over on Poinciana Blvd. You will find one in your budget and with the amenities you and your family are looking for. Have fun looking it is half the fun discovering all those beautiful choices.
