What is the Illuminations Cruise?

Am I just imagining this? I think I saw it in another post. Can anyone tell me about it?

It is a pontoon boat rental.

You rent them from one of the Epcot resorts, and you are able to watch Illuminations from the boat which is tied under the bridge between UK and France. It is a wonderful view and you also will get a short boat ride before the firworks around the lagoon. It is a very difficult ressie to get much like CRT....there are only 5 (I think) boats and they go quickly at the 90 day mark.... It is a great price only $120 and you are allowed to bring your own beverages and snacks and the boat will fit 12 people....
