what is the going $$ per point for SSR

I might be very tempted to purchase into SSR, anyone that has purchased into SSR lately, what was the $$ per point and is it still a 150 points and up

SSR is selling for $89 per point, but if you purchase 100 or more points during the preconstruction incentive, there is a $10 per point discount- lowering the cost to $79 per point.

Keep in mind the preconstruction incentive of $79 point is supposed to be over 10-31, they could extend it longer but that's what my guide told me
