What is the Fairy Tale package?

What is the Fairy Tale package, and how long is it offered? I keep reading posts about it bringing the crowds to WDW in Oct. Is it offered in Nov. also?

The Fairy Tale Package was only offered up until 6/30/03. It lasted about 45 days or so. You could make a reservation upto 10/31/03, but they then extended the days until sometime in November (not Thanksgiving holiday, though). You paid rack rate for four nights and got seven, plus Ultimate Park Hoppers for the group. I think you were limited to two adults in the room.

There is some talk about Disney doing this again in 2004.
