What is the easiest way to travel from Paris city centre to Disneyland Paris?

We're thinking of going to paris for a few days and doing a day trip to Disneyland while we're there. Is there a shuttle bus or convenient train route? Costs would be helpful too.

The train is the easiest way to get from Paris to Disneyland Paris. I have included the link for the Paris Train website. If you check the list of forums, you will find there is one devoted to Disneyland Paris. You can get lots of information there. This forum is more aimed toward Disney World in Florida.
