We are staying 4 nights before our trip in the Orlando area, then we will start our WDW package of 9 nights, we are not to worried about our rooms because we will be renting a 15 passenger van and a mid size car (their is 11 of us plus my sisters 20 month old) so we will just leave our stuff in the vehicles. We want to get our passes and be in a park by 9:00 am. Can we check in at 7:30 am?? Just so that we can get our KTW or the bracelets ?

The computers roll over to the new day at 6AM. So you can check in any time after that.

Yes I am sure you can check in anytime . They will put luggage in storage for you. It just means your room probably wont be ready but they will ask for your mobile number so they can text you to let you know when it is. We checked in at 10am and we had a text at 12 to say our room was ready. Enjoy your trip

We checked in at the POFQ at 8 am and our room was ready, got our keys, and was at the MK by 915 am! I did do the online check-in and made sure to check that I cared most about room being ready when I got there early!

This would probably be about the Best you could expect, for actually getting your rooms. Getting the rest of your stuff should be no problem. I'd make sure to do on line check-in prior to arrival. Have a good vacation. :thumbsup2.

Last trip for us was May 2013, checked in at 6 am, had to wait for the food court to open at 6:30 am, and we were at EPCOT for the last day of the F and G show...at 8:30 am... Got a call at 10 am that room was ready...

It can also depend on what is going on the day before. If it is a real busy time and all rooms in use, then rooms have to be cleaned. If not, some rooms might be clean and waiting as they were not in use the night before. Good luck!

There's no need to leave the luggage in the car....just give it to Bell Services at the resort and they'll hold it for you.
