What is the earliest FP time for Frozen ride in Epcot?

Does the first FP time frame still start at 11 for FEA? Has anyone rode around 10:30 lately that can give me an estimated wait time? I am guessing my DD will want to ride twice and we will only have one day at Epcot this trip. So I was hoping we could ride standby and then use our FP at 11 depending on the standby wait. Are the earlier FP times also the first to go? TIA!

You can ride at rope drop with a minimal wait for about the first hour
