well, i have never been to a ck convention, but i have been to 5 cku's. from what i know, cku's are only open (through registration 3 or so months prior) to 600+ women. conventions are open to all that want to go (shopping). classes are much like cku, where you have to sign up early (and pay of course) and also crop nights.

cku, you take 10 classes, and there are 3 crop nights..all included. a whole day of great, and i mean great make n takes, and celebs galore!!!

one of the main differences is that ck conventions have a huge selling floor, cku doesn't.
