What is the Deal With Park Hours?

It is almost the end of the month and Disney has not released hours for the end of November or December. I have the November hours from the TA website, but Disney has not confirmed on their site. It is almost time to make dining reservations and our pals at Disney have not said a peep about hours.

Has it been like this every month and I have not noticed because I am not looking or is this something unusual?

Get with it Disney! Mama needs to plan.

I can see hours through December 3 on the Disney website. The fact that they "forgot" to release the December TA calendar is very frustrating though!

YES! This has been so frustrating! I'm attending a conference in July and will only be able to head to the parks at night. I've made FP selections just in case, but now have to watch and wait for hours to change to that I can get 3 FP times each day that I'll actually be able to use!

November and December? Come talk to us in October about that. Hours are never set by now. Our September trip last year changed hours twice during the summer. Hated it but got over it and learned from it.

Us end of November/early December peeps have our ADRs to book in the next few days. I don't think anyone is asking for a schedule to show what hours may/will be extended, just a basic guide.

I am not at all going by last year's hours based on everything the June/July crowd is posting in frustration. So, I'll wait for Disney's website to show them and go from there. If they change- well, I'll just have to be prepared and get over it, since it seems to be happening frequently now.

Unless I'm going senile in my old age, I've always had access to park hours, EMT hours, Wishes hours, parade hours, hard ticket event dates, F!/Illuminations/RoL type events hours, dining package availability (plus more I'm forgetting) well before my 180 day mark and I usually go in Nov/Dec.

Know what I have from that list from this year's Nov/Dec trip? Park hours and EMT hours (for half my dates) and some hard ticket event dates. Most of these have only become available within the last 4 days. My 180 day is in less than a week.

Extended is the key word there. They already had daily hours when they booked their ADRs. That's all the OP is asking for. If MK gets extended a few nights, then ok, but I don't factor that into my dining plans anyway.
