Dues are assessed yearly (you can arrange to pay them monthly) and are charged "per point" and are slightly different for each resort. (You pay the rate for your home resort). For 2001 the dues are:

OKW = $3.13
BWV = $3.83
HH = $3.32
Vero= $3.97
VWL = $3.63
