What is the current AKV offer for new owners?

I'm trying to assist a friend who is looking into DVC, but need these numbers for a spreadsheet.

Specifically, I need the price per point (are they currently offerin the $8 off?); current MF's; and any other signing incentives ('07 points; gift cards; AP's; etc.)

umm well we just bought 300 pts at AKV on Saturday and they are offering the $8 a point or Double Developer Points. Dues are 4.62 a point/year. We were offered our 2007 points but I believe it depends on your UY. Mine is April so we had to hurry up and bank our points. I was not offered AP's or Gift cards or anything else. Hope this helps.
