First of all, the prices are wrong. The base price for the Chef's Table is $115; if you want the wine pairings thay are about another $65. Total including the wine pairings, a 20% tip and 6.5% Sales Tax will come to $227.70 per person. Without the wine pairings (and with a 20% tip) comes to $145.48.
There is one seating per night, at 6:00. Figure you will be ther for 3.5 - 4 hours. It is an alcove at the edge of and part of the kitchen. You are greeted by the chef, who will ask if you have any allergies or anything you can't eat. There is a champagne toast with the chef (and the bottle remains for the entire meal). Basically you get some of everything, including the desserts, that is being served that evening. The two times I went we also had a personal visit from Mickey and Minnie.
We were able to wander in the kitchen and talk to the staff when they were not busy. Also we were able to take pictures. At the end we had our menus signed by the Chef and the other cooks, as well as our picture taken with the entire kitchen staff.
It is a wonderful experience. JudySue, who was a gourmet cook, said she got the best cooking lesson of her life just by watching and talking.
Your only problem is that reservations for the Chef's Table are available 180 days out. I will be going with some friends in early June; I called on December 10 asking for May 30 thru June 6 and there were only two of those dates available and took one.
