What is the best transportation option for this scenario?

Friends of ours are meeting us at Disney in January. They arrive on a Monday at MCO and will need transportation to ASMo. We will have a car, so they will travel with us all week, including a changeover to AKL. Then they go to a hotel in Orlando (one of the Sheraton's I think). We will drop them at that hotel on our way out of town. Then they will need transportation back to MCO. What options do they have for being dropped at a disney hotel but being picked up at a non-disney hotel? There are two people - and they are looking for the most cost effective option.
