We had towel animals left by mousekeeping for the first time after numerous WDW trips without a single one.

We received a dog, mouse, angel, etc. But my favorite was an Alligator that was on the floor in front of the bed. I sure wasn't expecting that one! I think she must have used about 5 towels for that one. I'd paste a picture of it, if I knew how (I can't figure out how to do it).

What are some the towel animals you received?

I think they are so neat! I'd love to hear.

We got our first ever on our last trip to WL! It was a bunny. We saved it. We always tease "Now we can say we have gotten a towel animal!" It was a huge treat for us.

I remember receiving a doll, dog, bunny, and a swan. It's hard to choose which one was the best, but the swan was the most intricate. The dog was lying on our bed watching the Disney cartoons on t.v. along with my Koda stuffed animal. Koda was holding the remote!

Last year, we stayed at the WL a few weeks before Halloween and we got some really neat towel animals! I took pictures of them since they were so cute. If I remember correctly, we had a monkey, an octopus, and a mickey shaped head on our bed. (I can't remember the rest...glad I took some pictures!) They also set up my daughter's stuffies each day in fun poses. The really neat thing they did was to take a sheet, put it over a floor lamp and make a ghost to put us in the Halloween spirit. They did a great job! :teeth:

I have had a bunny, duck and a monkey.at POR
i just got from AKL and i got the cutest its a boat with three ducks in it.

Pretty please post the pictures so we can see!

We stayed @ FW Cabins last year and wound up w/2-3 animals every day!Our favorite was an elephant(made with pillows and 3-4 towels)We also got bunnies, Mickey ears,a crab, a monkey and lots of ducks and swans. We couldn't wait to return to our cabin to see what was new!! :rotfl:
When we stayed @ Saratoga Springs Resort this past August we found a horse on the foyer table .

We have received a few while at the resorts -- at the Boardwalk Inn once we got an angel, at WL we got a bear and a bunny. But by far the best was while on board the Disney Wonder. It was an elephant with DCL chocolates for eyes! The other great one was a monkey that they had clipped to a hanger, hanging upside-down as if in a tree. Very creative! We got towel animals every evening at turn down service. You can get spoiled on those cruises, let me tell you.

We got a duck and a bunny at AKL.
We liked how they arranged the kids' toys during the day too. My kids thought it was great when we came back to the room and their toy dinosaurs had "opened" my box of chocolate and were "eating" it.
We didn't get towel animals when we stayed at ASM.

We stayed at PC in August and got a towel animal almost everyday. We got 2 mickey heads, 2 minnie heads, and a basket. The girls couldnt wait to see what would be next.

On our last day we had left mousekeeping a note saying it was our last day, etc and the kids really enjoyed getting the animals, but were hoping for a basket. Anyhow, they left a basket and called and left a message on our phone thanking us for letting them know it was our last day.

I wouldn't necessarily say this was the best, but it is very ironic. I have hated/been scared of clowns my entire life. I don't find anything funny about them, I just think they are creepy. Anyway, one night we came home from the parks to find this on our table:

She had strategically placed stickers all over it, eyes, a mouth, the clown collar, everything. I didn't know if I should be scared or totally impressed :)

Aligator - on the boat in Egypt! HAHAHAHA... oh you mean at disney world? Snakes coming out of the bathroom door and closet... it was so funny... no kids so and the mousekeepers knew we were adults in room... too funny... one was cleaning it's teeth at the sink...

I received some sort of towel creation, but for the life of me I couldn't figure out what it was. All the other rooms displayed beautiful swans cute dogs and cats and I had a (not sure what).

I still kept it in the window along with my mementos I got in the parks.

I think it might have been a mouse with no ears and legs? LOL.

I had read so many nice things about mousekeeping leaving the towel animals or arranging the kids stuffed animals on the beds. But last year at AKL it just didn't happen. I was a bit disappointed. I left tips every day and left the room as neat as possible, hoping to get a little magic in return. Maybe this time around we'll get some.

When we stayed at Wilderness Lodge last May our Mousekeeper Diana left beautiful creations each day two of my favorites were the angels she placed over the beds.
