What is the best resturant at AKL to eat at with kids?

Going in October with DD age 5 who is Obsessed with animals and is very upset we will be staying at BWV instead of AKL. (saw a picture of it in the Birmbaum book!)

Thought I could appease her with Dinner there, but I haven't been there yet. Not looking for anything too fancy, also have a
1 year old - any advice?

I would have to say Boma. Both dinner and breakfast are great there. Since they are buffets, there are lots of choices for adults and kids alike. If you're looking for burgers or chicken fingers....go to Mara.

I would say Boma too. The atmosphere is busy and there's enough on the buffet to please almost anyone of any age IMO.

Another vote for the Boma. Make sure you make a PS for either breakfast or dinner, this place is very popular. We have eaten their six times in our two stays at AKL. Best time for dinner is 7:15/7:30PM. Arrive early and you can visit the Arushra Rock firepit for storytelling, check with CM for times. After either meal check out the Sunset overlook and Arushara Rock area, there are plenty of chances to see the animals day or night.
