What is the best movie you have seen lately??

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban!

It wasn't as great as I'd hoped it would be, but my only other movie was Van Helsing, so it wins. :)

Another vote for Prisoner of Azkaban - I loved it.:D

TROY!!! Action, Romance, Epic Adventures, what more could you ask for????

Probably...... Bringing Down the House :teeth: and Van Helsing :teeth:
Both great movies! :smooth:

Best serious/ moving movie- Passion.
Best comedy- Eurotrip. I laughed so hard during this one I couldn't breathe. DH and I did a study abroad back in college (where we met) and this brought back SOOO many memories- especially the creepy Italian guy. Mi scusi, mi scusi!

I don't get to the movies a lot but I am a movie afficiando and I just went to see Harry Potter POA and it was outstanding in quality and direction. It was a beautifully shot film and I loved every minute of it.

While we were on the subject of movies how would you rate pirates of the carribean?? I have never seen it and my fi just wants to go and drool over Johny Depp.

In no particular order :

Van Helsing
Troy
Harry Potter : POA

Next to see on my list is Around the World in 80 Days and Two Brothers.

1 - LOTR - Return of the King (on DVD)
2 - Shrek 2
3 - Welcome to Mooseport
4 - Miracle

Soon to be:

1 - Harry Potter (POA)

And speaking from the male perspective.......What she said :)

Seriously....I was SHOCKED at how much I enjoyed this movie...

I also saw The Last Samurai recently and loved it. Even my DH, who is not a Cruise fan, liked it. Good story and action.

Shrek 2.......of course that's the ONLY movie I've seen in several months!!!:teeth:

Loved Harry Potter: POA - going to see it again tonight.

Also liked Shrek 2 and Day After Tomorrow - both great movies.

My favorites on DVD right now are Pirates of the Caribbean, Finding Nemo and both Harry Potter movies.
