It's way too early for September but Budget is your best option if you want to book something now. Use BCD x474200 (travelocity code) and E-Coupon MUGZ029 for $30 off. Total inc taxes from Sep 8 - 16 for example is $329.27 after coupon is applied when return minivan.

You just have to wait. Prices for February didn't start dropping until about 2 weeks ago. Once they start dropping, they drop a couple of times a week. Just make sure you don't get locked in to a nonrefundable rate that looks good now, but winds up being really expensive after the price drops in 6 months. Good luck!
