What is the best Character Breakfast??

Trying to decide which character breakfast's to do this trip, and I need some help. Cast: Me, DH, DS13, DD10, and DD8-- We've done CP and Epcots Princess Breakfast. We will probally do two.

CP is my fav breakfast. Love the puffed french toast and my DH enjoys the breakfast lasagna. The breakfast lasagna would be yummy hold the bananas but it has bananas in it so I say YUCK! They also have a great potato casserole & wonderful made to order omlettes. But... I could just have the puffed french toast and be happy.

Our favorite breakfast is Crystal Palace, too. We never skip it!!

DD8 finally is no longer afraid of the characters(ages 3-5 it was ugly!), and finally wants to have a meal with them. I, too, want to hear the pros and cons of the character meals! Thanx!

I would like to hear all opinions as well. We need to decide for our last morning there so we need one to at a resort not park. Any suggestions?

We've done CP twice now and we love the food there. We did a character lunch at MGM once and the food was terrible so that sort of scared us off of trying new character meals...BUT this trip we'd like to try something different b/c my kids are starting to out grow the Pooh characters...the prob is, I WANT THE SAME QUALITY FOOD. I've read on SEVERAL sites that Chef Mickey's at the Contemperary serves the best breakfast...better than CP...(which I honestly find hard to believe)...so we're going to risk it and give CM's a try! I've also heard some pretty good things about the 1900 park fare character breakfast at the GF....that may be the one we try next!

I did two character breakfasts and enjoyed both on my last trip. Donald's Breakfastosaurus was fun and the food was pretty good. CP was excellent! I will definitely be going back there again. The character interaction at both was great though I think I got lucky at CP because it was torrentially raining so I was one of 15 guests in the place when over 150 had reservations for the morning! So Pooh & the gang definitely played around a lot with us. Tigger dried my shaved head like it was a bowling ball with a towel and Winnie the pooh stole my OJ at one point. Also Eeyore followed me to the buffet because I would not hug him at first, it was very funny & cute. The breakfast lasagna at CP and the fresh mini-croissants are worth the visit!

We did CP last xmas eve, fantastic, would do that agian in a heartbeat. Also Chef Mickeys , good all round entertainment. Our server was fantastic and you get to have your piccy took which was one of the few family photos we had.

The only poor character meal we had IMO was the garden grill, hardly any people there so you would have thought you would have got some good interaction, but they couldnt be quick enougth, very dissapointed.

ds and I have been to 'Ohana twice and loved it both times. DS was 4.5 the 1st time and 6.5 the second. He does not like princesses and we were staying at Poly so it was a natural choice. Last time Dale picked him to help lead the parade, it was great fun to watch. The food is served family style at your table. Refills are happily provided. DS is a big egg eater so we needed lots of egg refills. I love the Mickey waffles and the sausages were great.

We always do CP and I cannot wait! We told our 6 year old that there are no breakfasts with Pooh. I cannot wait to see his face when he walks into CP and sees all the forest friends. Everytime I think about it I burst into tears like a baby. Steven was born with some huge obsticles and this will be the best thing he could possibly imagine. All you can eat and Tigger too.
