for Disney and their attractions?

Here is the background on the trip. My parents are taking my son (3) and my newphew (7) to Disney in April. They are already booked for their flight and hotel. My dad wants a book that has a map and insights about planning and ins and outs. I was looking at a few but most of them were about planning a trip about where to stay.

Do you have any suggestions? Thank you!

I have the perfect one! When planning our trip to WDW this past summer we found the best book ever, and now that we plan to go for winter of this year, we bought the latest version of the book.

It's called Passporter: Walt Disney World Resort by Jennifer, Dave and Allison C. Marx. I have gotten my two versions through Barnes and Noble Bookstore, but you can also go to www.passporter.com to check it out or purchase it.

It's terrific. It has maps, it has suggestion guides, it has sections to keep organized, including pockets to keep everything in. It is the only book I've ever found that is so user friendly and that I get so much use out of. I hope this helps.

I'm an Unnofffical Guide to Disney fan. It gives you the good, bad and ugly while some others are in my opinion a little biased and won't say anything negative about Disney. Not that there ever is!!!:lmao:

It has maps, touring plans, reviews of every restaurant both CS and TS too. It's about 700 pages, but a fun read!:rotfl:

I have the passporter and I just love it!! It has maps and so much info in it. I also just got the WDW Guide to Dining, it has all every restaurant for all the parks and resorts. It even has the counter service places. And it is pocket size.:cheer2:

First time trip planner here and I am loving the Unofficial Guide. It has a lot of useful information and gives it to your straight. No fluffing!

you get so much for such a low price. Also, it is written by real people who live the Disney vacation life style, not some editor in New York churning out another book.

Three trips to WDW (PORS '03, CBR '04, CSR '06... CSR April 2007:banana: ) and the highlight of our pre-trip is to buy or order our new Passporter. You won't go wrong!:thumbsup2

I am using the Unofficial Guide and the Passporter this time around. We usually just go with the flow but this time I decided to plan. I am having so much fun. I also have The Hassle-Free Walt Disney World Vacation and Hidden Mickeys, A field guide to Disney's best kept secrets, both are by Steven M. Barrett.
