What is the BEST age for the teen group?

Now that we have to go on vacation during school breaks (twins moving to Middle School next year), we won't be doing as many cruises (we were going once a year). We are going next year while they are still 12, but will probably wait a few years after that.

What age seems to work best in the teen club? I was thinking maybe 15 would be a good age. If you could only go once as a teenager, what age is it most geared for?
