what is the absolute cheapest way to do e-nights?

we already got hotel thru priceline because i was trying to save money and i didnt think we would do e-nights, but my family is wanting to do e-nights so i thought we might just have 2 hotel reservations for one night if i could do it cheaply. any suggestions?

Disney Resort Guests, Hotel Plaza Blvd. Guests, Swan, Dolphin and Shades of Green Guests with multi-day passes can purchase a ticket for an after-hours party in the Magic Kingdom Park.
Where are you staying?

For $12 plus tax per Adult per night, and $10 plus tax per Child per night, you will be able to enjoy the MK's E-Ticket attractions with super short waits.

No discounts on this. so no matter hoe you slice it, it comes up the same amount each time.

The Disney Downtown Hotels are also eligible for E-Nights The and they have offered rooms as low as $29.

There was the $20.02 rate for the Courtyard in Downtown Disney. (Not certain if that rate special is still going on now)

thank you for all of the suggestions! we will be needing a room for july 26, which is a friday nite so should be an e-night, we usually stay onsite but we are going to the beach for 2 weeks so i was trying to save money. at the end of our trip i did get the special rate of $20.02 at courtyard marriott but that rate doesnt begin until aug. 11. tink2dw or anyone else do you know what hotel was offering rooms for $29 in downtown disney, i dont even think we will stay there we will probably just pay for the room so we can get e-night tickets. does anybody know if a campsite at fort wilderness would be an option. last resort would be room at allstars.

A campsite would work. However, the bigger problem is that if the E night sells out you could be out of luck. You can start buying tickets 7 days ahead if you are in a Disney hotel with a multi day ticket. So what if they sell out before you check in on Friday. Also, I would verify the enight before I did this.

E-Nights have been Hit n Miss since 9/11. And have been cancelled if attendance appears down.

NOTE: Dates and hours may be subject to change.

leslie, the $20.02 rate at courtyard marriott starts 8-11 it is only for certain nites and i have read that it is sold out on some nites but it is worth a try. check out mousesavers with the above link it will tell you which hotels are downtown disney i didnt see sheraton safari listed.

You can buy the e-ride tickets at any ticket booth or GS in any of the parks the day of the E-ride night untill they are sold out!!!! We rented a house in early June and bought them the day of at TTT.I hope this helps!

Sheaton Safari is not a Downtown Disney hotel. It is right across from the entrance to Downtown Disney.

Technically you cannot buy a E ticket unless you are staying at Disney. Sometimes cast members make mistakes and sell them to people staying other places (ie the rental house mentioned above) but I would NOT count on this.

We stayed at Courtyard DD for 7 days. You will be fine there. We prefered the wing rooms over the tower (due to a/c problems at the time - which they were working on). We were comped for our rooms from first three nights (it took a year) because of the no a/c problem. But the wing rooms were very comfy - good size- we parked out back and it was close to get in. I thought the bus service was 'ok' but could have been better - (you are the 2nd hotel for pick-up and it is a long process to pick up all of them). Clean, friendly, etc.

Only thing better could be staying on site. (SWAN - 7/22 FOR 10 NIGHTS - YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

You might call AAA and see if you book a discounted partial hook-up campsite at Ft. Wilderness. Once you have a reservation at any of the eligible resorts/hotels, call ahead and ask if you can pre-pay for your e-night tix. If you will be in the area prior, you could also stop by the resort/hotel with your reservation confirmation and ask to purchase your e-night tix.

Merryweather'stwin - thanks. I had no idea you could get into e-night if you weren't onsite. We stay at a timeshare a couple of miles from Disney, and I thought we were out of luck. Thanks for the tip!

I did this 2 times in early June the 4 and 7th I think anyway I guess maby they should not have sold them to me as some posters have said but they did at TTC 2 times with different cm's each time . They said they were avalable the day of if not sold out . Maby it is a new thing. I would call and ask a couple of times before counting on it but it worked for us.Thanks for the nice comment. I thought I'd read that they were now selling e-night tickets to anyone if they hadn't sold out to resort guests the day of the event. I believe there was a post about it on the Theme Park Planning board. Might want to post there and see if someone else knows for sure. Good luck!
