What is the 110th Legacy Collection?

I'm just wondering what this collection is or means. I just started pin trading and I'm loving the new Queen of Hearts pin and it's part of this collection. It's a $20 pin so just wanted to see if it's worth the money?

looks like another marketing ploy to me. Is the pin worth $20? If you like it, then it's worth the $20. I have one pin that I paid mucho dinero for at one of the Disney auctions that is worth every penny to me. Is it worth that much to anyone else - probably not.
