Last Thurs, brunch was on the sea day. The food was wonderful. I will write what I can remember there being - but I am sure I am missing a lot of the items. There was an antipasta type "salad" type buffet that had delicious buffalo mozzerella, sundried tomato, marinated mushrooms, peppers, excellent pesto; a seafood buffet station that had crab legs, crab, shrimp and smoked salmon. There was a cheese station, and also breakfast items such as fresh berries with whipped cream.
Then you can order from the menu. I ordered Eggs Florentine. This was poached eggs on spinach with a parmasean sauce and excellent sliced parmasean chease. My husband ordered Eggs Benedict that he loved. In addition to breakfast items there were substantial lunch items on the menu.
There were individual pizzas that looked excellent - but we just couldn't eat that much. They had one with wild mushrooms that looked great - and there was also a yummy looking sweet pizza for desert. We also had desert - excellent pastries and tiramisu. I ordered a cappucino and was not charged extra. My husband had a mimosa and we were also not charged extra for that.
It was not too crowded and we got a nice table right by the window. I highly recommend this - its about the best $10 you can spend on board! It was peaceful, elegant and great food. Enjoy.
