Right of First Refusal.

It stands for Right of First Refusal. Its when you would purchase a contract
from someone selling from the Timeshare Store for example. Disney can look at the contract and they have the Right of First Refusal on it and can buy it back themselves. Simply, they thought the seller was selling the contract for too low, so they bought it and will sell it themselves.
